Admissions 2026–2027

Come and see for yourself.

At OLG, a first-rate education and a close-knit community go hand in hand. Your child will grow in knowledge, faith, and friendship - surrounded by teachers and families who truly care.

The process

Four simple steps.

From your first tour to the first day of school, here's the journey we'll walk with your family.

  1. 01
    Visit

Schedule a personal tour or attend an open house. Meet our principal, walk the halls, and meet the teachers your child will learn from.

  2. 02
    Apply

Submit the online application through PowerSchool. There is no application fee - a $50 assessment fee per student is due on the day of the assessment or readiness meeting.

  3. 03
    Assess

Junior K & K children are evaluated for developmental and social readiness. Grades 1–8 take the Renaissance STAR Reading & Math assessments.

  4. 04
    Enroll

Receive your decision, sign the enrollment agreement, pay the $400 registration fee per student and $250 family Investment Fee, and join the OLG family.

What to expect

A thoughtful assessment, by grade.

Our assessments help us place each child where they will thrive - academically, socially, and spiritually.

Junior K & Kindergarten

Readiness, not testing.

Our Junior K and K teachers, along with the Principal, meet each child for developmental and social readiness in a warm, play-based setting - more of a meeting than a test. A $50 assessment fee per student is due on the day of the meeting.

Junior K: turns 4 by Sept 1 · K: turns 5 by Sept 1
Grades 1 – 8

Renaissance STAR.

Applicants take two grade-appropriate entrance exams in Reading and Math, scheduled once we receive a complete application.

$50 assessment fee per student
Special Needs

A careful conversation.

Admission of transfer students with special needs depends on our program's ability to meet them well. We discuss each family's situation individually.

Placement may be age-appropriate
Shadow a Student

A day in the life.

Parents and prospective students are welcome to shadow a class and experience a full day at OLG - from morning prayer and dual-language lessons to recess and lunch with future classmates. See the energy, the kindness, and the curiosity that define our school.

What to expect
  • MorningArrive, meet your student host, and join morning prayer in the courtyard.
  • ClassesAttend core subjects taught in both English and Spanish alongside current students.
  • BreaksExperience recess, lunch, and the social rhythm that makes OLG feel like family.
  • Wrap-upDebrief with the principal or admissions team and ask anything that's on your mind.
Tuition & Aid

An investment we make together.

Tuition supports our teachers, programs, and facilities. We offer three forms of financial aid - School, FACE, and BASIC - so cost is never the only barrier to a Catholic education.
